Nearly 50 years since it first hit our TV screens, the ‘Greatest British sitcom of all time’ (Radio Times) is now a brand-new stage play, adapted by comedy legend John Cleese and directed by Caroline Jay Ranger.

Starring Adam Jackson-Smith as the inimitable Basil, Anna-Jane Casey as the iconic Sybil and Paul Nicholas as the bumbling Major, this 18-strong cast take on the iconic characters at Torquay’s most chaotic hotel – Fawlty Towers!

Featuring your favourite scenes from the sitcom’s unforgettable twelve episodes, Fawlty Towers West End really is the stage comedy event of the year!

As a Fawlty Towers fan, this was a great production you have to admire the guy who played Basil, the amount of words he had to learn is phenomenal and to include all the actions as well were stunning. ?? loved this very much well worth seeing ????

The show was a combination of several classic Fawlty towers episodes. It was very well done and the cast performances were excellent! Well worth a watch.

Fawlty Towers - The Play was absolutely excellent. For any Fawlty Towers fan a total MUST, very funny. Different episodes were combined seamlessly into a brilliant evening of entertainment. Well done to the cast for taking a classic and honouring it perfectly. As for LondonTheatreDirect.com, I was a little nervous ordering from them... BUT....The whole transaction was really good. Their price for the tickets was BRILLIANT, amazing seats and BRILLIANT service. Very pleased with everything...well done all. I will be using LondonTheatreDirect.com again. Many thanks, Andrew

Bought for in-laws, they loved every minute of it.

Really enjoyed the show. Only comment I would pass is the first half of the show was a little slow at times. Second half. Made up for it and hilarious

Good show, not much new from the TV series, so quite predictable...

The play faithfully recreates the set and hilarity of Fawlty Towers with all the characters acted to perfection pulling off an amazingly funny show. One of the best shows I’ve seen in years of going to the West End and highly recommended.
