Kiln Theatre presents PASS OVER by Antoinette Nwandu.

A lamppost. Night. Two friends are passing time. Stuck. Waiting for change.

Inspired by Waiting for Godot and the ExodusAntoinette Nwandu fuses poetry, humour and humanity in a rare and politically charged new play which exposes the experiences of young men in a world that refuses to see them.

Amazing play! The writing is bold and inspiring and the actors are superb. I smiled and cried with the characters throughout the performance. The adds somewhat unfairly compare it with “waiting for Godot”. I think it should be compared to Steinbeck or Brecht. All in all a much needed voice in today’s bland, narcissistic scene.
